José Antonio has 36 years of experience in the financial market, working in the agribusiness and at companies with traditional and structured financial operations (CRAs, M&A, prepayments, Fidc, CRIs) for the following banks: Northwest, BankBoston, Itaú and in the capital market. He has developed good relationships with companies, producers, cooperatives, resellers, consultancies, international insurers, audit firms, rating agencies and investors (Family Offices).
José Antonio is a business administrator with postgraduate degrees in Strategic Management and Business Management by FGV. He is a partner at the Jv Partners Group and the founder of Agro Recursos.
Valéria Recco Luiz
Valéria is a partner at the Jv Partners Group and a partner at Agro Recursos, conducting face-to-face or distance training, such as: Personal and professional coaching, Communication, Leadership, Teamwork, Performance Improvement, Management, Feedbacks, Succession, Resilience and more. She works with a wide variety of clients, cooperatives, agricultural resellers, companies in general and individuals, both in the professional and the personal aspect.
Valéria holds graduate and postgraduate degrees in Speech Therapy, was named Senior Coach by the ICI (Integrated Coaching Institute) and is a member of the International Coach Federation. She has achieved certifications in Leadership Assessments (Janusian), Resilience (Phoenix CMQ) and MPP (emotional maturity).
